Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school district in Williamstown, VT is seeking a full-time school psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position will serve the entire supervisory union, providing support across multiple schools within the district.
The role offers a flexible hybrid work scheduleworking in-person for assessments, observations, and meetings related to complex cases, while allowing report writing to be completed remotely. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of Vermont special education law and strong experience conducting cognitive assessments and evaluations for moderate autism spectrum disorders.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed or certified school psychologist with experience serving K-12 students
- Familiarity with Vermont special education regulations and requirements
- Skilled in cognitive and autism spectrum assessments
- Ability to conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations and prepare detailed reports
- Effective communication with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely as needed

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cognitive and autism-specific assessments for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and direct psychological services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with state laws
