YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR DIRECTOR OF ADULT SERVICES:
As the Senior Director of Adult Services at Crystal Springs, you'll lead the strategic direction of adult services programs, ensuring alignment with our mission. Collaborating with the executive leadership team, you'll facilitate seamless service delivery across residential and day habilitation programs. Your responsibilities include coaching your leadership team, reviewing budgets, and supporting staff in decision-making. You'll identify growth opportunities, write proposals, and uphold quality and compliance standards.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- A master's degree or higher in human services, health care, education, psychology, social work, or a related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience serving adults with developmental disabilities with progressive leadership responsibilities
- CPR, First Aid, & MAP certifications or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire and maintained during employment
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to the administrative and financial management of non-profit organizations
- Knowledge of the municipal and state purchasing service system (RFRs, audit preparation, UFRs, billing, and contracting)
- Strong knowledge of licensing regulations, including MA DDS, CARF, and CMS regulations
- Proficiency in organizational leadership, management, and communications
- Proficiency in budget preparation, financial management, and cost control strategies
- Ability to develop and execute strategic goals and objectives
- Ability to coach staff, develop high-performing teams, and develop and implement company strategies
- Ability to lead, promote best practices, manage crises, and maintain executive presence
