Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

• Coordinate patient care from referral to follow-up, including pre-authorization
• Receive consults and patient information, schedule consultations, diagnostics, and treatments
• Perform and document patient assessments and histories
• Order labs, imaging, and diagnostics as needed
• Educate patients and families, develop educational materials
• Participate in rounds, case conferences, and process improvement
• Serve as liaison and clinical expert for skin/wound-related events
• Lead NDNQI quarterly pressure injury prevalence surveys
• Maintain ongoing professional education and hospital-mandated training
• EPIC proficiency preferred; Microsoft Office and web-based applications required

License: Active Massachusetts RN (required at submission)\nExperience: 1–3 years related work experience preferred\nCertifications: Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification preferred\nEHR: EPIC (preferred)\n\n
