Test Technician

Location: Mansfield, MA
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite

We are seeking a Test Technician with strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills to support testing and calibration of capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and electronic testing, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Use schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Diagnose issues down to board level
• Operate and maintain electronic/electrical test equipment
• Document results, maintain test accuracy, and support engineering as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years manufacturing experience
• 3+ years testing, calibration, and troubleshooting experience
• Strong proficiency with schematics, diagrams, and test procedures
• Knowledge of electronic and electrical test equipment
• Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or advanced technical education preferred
