Location: Vineyard Haven, MA
Shift: Days
Schedule: Mon–Thu (40 hrs/week) | Mon–Fri possible
Weekend Rotation: Every 4 weeks | Occasional holidays
Pay: $2,798.50 per week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health nursing care to patients in their homes. This role includes patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and coordination with physicians and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments

• Develop and update patient plans of care

• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education

• Supervise Home Health Aides every 14 days

• Communicate patient condition changes to physicians

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and discharge paperwork

• Participate in case conferences and care coordination

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license

• 1 year RN experience (6 months with BSN)

• CPR certification

• Pass pre-employment medication test

Preferred

• Home health experience

• IV experience

• Strong computer skills

• BSN
