The role of Quality Assurance Technician will support various QA administrative requirements including:
- Primary task is to create customer First Article Inspection Reports using web-based and Excel file documents.
- This includes gathering applicable records, dimensional measurements, and inspection of example components.
- Accurate and detailed analysis is required
- Respond to customer requests for FAI updates/corrections as needed
- Additional role responsibilities to include:
- Review and approve Quality Assurance Certificate (C of C) for processed devices
- Support Internal Audit program
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Organization skills and ability to respond to changing goals based on Production needs.
- Ability to use of measurement equipment such as optical comparators, hand tools, etc.
- Knowledge of Micross processes and component handling
- Be familiar with proper use and completion of production order paperwork
- Basic computer skills such as email, Word, Excel, etc.
- Desire to work in team environment to meet customer needs
Training will be provided over an extended period for each skill/task supported by team members in the QA office.
