Architectural Designer – Full-Cycle Design-Build

PEGASUS Design-To-Build | Melrose, MA

$80K–$120K + profit share + 401(k) match | In-person, M–F

What You’ll Do

• Sit with homeowners, sketch their dream, nail the budget.
• Turn concepts into stamped CDs in Chief Architect (or equal).
• Run trade bid meetings, keep estimates tight.
• Walk job sites with PMs, own the details through CO.

You Bring

• 6+ yrs residential design (permit sets, client reviews).
• 3+ yrs construction process (you’ve smelled sawdust).
• Chief Architect fluency – we’ll open a .plan file in the interview.
• People skills that turn nervous clients into raving fans.

• $80K–$120K base + performance bonus + profit share (real checks).
