Location: Based in Springfield, MA — Servicing Western MA & Northern CT
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000 per year (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing service team. Based in Springfield, MA, this full-time role services a variety of industrial and commercial clients throughout Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.

As part of our team, you’ll work with cutting-edge equipment and enjoy a supportive environment that values your technical expertise, safety focus, and commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems
Work on RTUs, chillers, walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, and split systems
Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency service calls
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, management, and clients
Complete service reports and maintain inventory on service truck
Adhere to all company safety procedures and industry codes

✅ Requirements:

5+ years of HVAC/R field experience (Commercial/Industrial preferred)
EPA 608 Universal Certification required
MA or CT Refrigeration Technician License (or ability to obtain)
Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical systems and controls
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service
