Automotive Parts Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy helping people find the right parts and solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers (retail and service department) in identifying and purchasing parts.

• Look up and order parts accurately using electronic catalogs and inventory systems.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a smooth parts ordering process.

• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and process returns when necessary.

• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts delivery for repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in an automotive parts department preferred.

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
