Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, a family-owned business, is seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for their specialized Vent unit, one of only 7 in the state. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to provide care for ventilator-dependent patients and clients.

The pay range for this position: $34 - $44 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Respiratory Therapy services.
- Evaluate residents for treatment planning.
- Implement physician's orders, administer medication, communicate findings to residents and the team, develop care plans, coordinate treatment, and assist in resident admission, transfer, and discharge.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program or equivalent. New Grads are welcome.
- Maintain current state licensure and be CRT or RRT certified.
- Possess strong management and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and residents.
