Job DescriptionVTSS is Hiring: Permanency Clinician (Full-Time) Burlington • St. Albans • Surrounding Areas$54,000–$60,000 year + Sign-On Bonus | Company Vehicle Provided Make an Impact. Transform Lives.Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) is expanding our team and seeking a mission‑driven Permanency Clinician to provide in‑home and community-based mental health services to youth and families across Northern Vermont. If you’re passionate about supporting at-risk youth, strengthening families, and delivering trauma‑informed care, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference while building a rewarding career in human services. What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy in homes and local communities
- Lead treatment planning and permanency‑focused clinical oversight
- Complete assessments, documentation, and case management
- Support families with routines, communication skills, and safety plans
- Attend weekly team meetings and clinical supervision
- Travel 6+ hours/week (company vehicle provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree (preferred), or currently pursuing
- Bachelor’s accepted with eligibility for VT roster of non‑licensed psychotherapists
- 1+ year human services experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean background checks
