Responsibilities

● Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing equipment

● Perform emergency and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime

● Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, including lubrication, adjustments, part replacement, and system cleaning

● Identify potential equipment issues and proactively address failures before they occur

● Support installation, setup, calibration, and commissioning of new and upgraded equipment

● Ensure machinery operates within required specifications, tolerances, and safety standards

● Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities for equipment reliability and process improvement

● Recommend and assist with upgrades or modifications to enhance equipment performance, efficiency, and quality

● Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance

● Follow all workplace safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures
