Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position serves K-12 schools and focuses on supporting students through evidence-based behavioral interventions. The role offers a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week on a contract basis for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student growth.
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to elementary-aged students.
- Assist in developing behavior plans tailored to individual student needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse learners and professionals.
- Commitment to supporting positive behavioral outcomes.
