As a Facilities Maintenance Technician III, you’ll handle essential preventative maintenance and repair tasks for building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including HVAC and refrigeration. Your work will contribute to the safety and efficiency of facilities while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your technical skills and problem-solving abilities are key to the team’s success. This position is in Boston, MA.
- Logan International Airport
- Shifts Available: 3rd Shift: 2:00pm pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- Salary: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various building systems and amenities
• Conduct HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning
• Follow all safety protocols, including OSHA, PPE requirements, and site-specific guidelines
• Use a computer-based CMMS system to log work orders, hours, and maintenance records
• Available for emergency on-call coverage as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with service personnel, inspectors, and vendors as requiredWhat Makes You the Perfect Fit

Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in a skilled trade or system required

The pay range for this position is $30.00 -$34.00 hourly. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Keystone Management, LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity across all roles.Pre-Employment Requirements

- Pass airport SIDA badge and driver’s test within 2 attempts
- Successfully Pass Drug screening & background checks (Keystone, FAA, and airport security)
- Valid driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check (MVR)
