Attraction Attendants Wanted!

What You'll Do
Guest Safety

Maintain a strong understanding of attraction requirements, safety procedures, and proper guest usage.

Complete thorough safety checks, including inspecting harnesses and restraints before each use.

Regularly examine equipment for wear and tear, reporting concerns promptly to ensure timely repairs.
Guest Interaction

Welcome guests warmly and ensure proper harnessing, appropriate attire, and full understanding of attraction rules.

Assist guests throughout their experience-explaining attraction elements, offering guidance, and cheering them on.

Confirm that children meet required height and age guidelines for participation.

Provide friendly assistance as guests enter and exit attractions, making the process smooth and enjoyable.
Attraction Operations

Manage guest flow efficiently to keep attractions running at optimal capacity.

Follow all maintenance and operational procedures using the equipment and training provided.

Uphold all safety standards to maintain a secure, enjoyable environment.

Consistently enforce attraction rules and regulations to ensure a positive experience for all.
Exceptional Guest Service

Deliver outstanding service that reflects our core values and elevates the guest experience.

Multitask effectively while maintaining a calm, upbeat presence.

Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the overall success of our operations.
Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

High School Diploma or GED (or currently pursuing one).

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Able to stand 4-10 hours with an energetic and welcoming attitude.

Experience with amusement or attraction operations is a plus.

Must be available for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nights and weekends are required.
