About the Role
As a Multi-Unit Retail Store Manager, you will lead and oversee three stores, driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operations.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
- Recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across all locations
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and timely feedback to maximize sales potential
- Build an inclusive, collaborative team culture that inspires results
Customer Experience
- Deliver an engaging and personalized shopping experience for every customer
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards across stores
- Implement selling strategies that elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty
Operational Excellence
- Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and expense control
- Manage scheduling to maximize productivity and sales
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Handle store opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipments

Requirements:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience (multi-store or district management a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing teams
- Business acumen with experience in P&L management and retail metrics
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel locally between stores
- Comfortable leading in an adult retail environment while fostering an inclusive and respectful experience for all customers
Availability
This is a full-time leadership role that requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key retail events.
