Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex litigation cases, providing essential legal support and contributing significantly to trial preparation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Handle e-filing and manage subpoenas, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, and scheduling witnesses.
• Prepare legal documents such as motions, contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Coordinate and oversee the discovery process, including analyzing medical records, scheduling depositions, and managing discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct factual research and investigations to address trial issues and support case strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, experts, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize legal databases and tools such as Westlaw, Relativity, and iManage to organize and access case information.
• Stay informed about developments in e-discovery, including technical aspects of electronically stored information collection and review.
• Attend trials as needed, providing on-site support and ensuring all trial materials are ready.
• Leverage technology skills to efficiently use case management software, billing systems, and Adobe Acrobat for legal tasks.• At least 3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in civil or construction litigation.
• A four-year college degree or paralegal certificate is required.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software such as Relativity and iManage.
• Familiarity with global insurance defense and labor and employment law is a plus.
