Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and ice machine equipment
- Accurately document work orders and communicate service details with customers and dispatch.
- Ensure timely and professional service while maintaining strong customer relationships
