Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
Join our team as a carpenter where you will engage in basic drywall and carpentry work, including taping, skiff room tasks, and proficient use of chop saws, cutting, and measuring. Work alongside a team led by a foreman, with a start time of 6am.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic drywall and carpentry tasks.
- Engage in taping and skiff room activities.
- Utilize chop saws, hand tools, and power tools effectively.
- Cut and measure materials accurately.
- Collaborate effectively within a team led by a foreman.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Essential Skills
- 1+ year of construction experience.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Possession of OSHA 10 certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass D/B checks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with drywall, carpentry, and framing.
- Ability to read and utilize a tape measure accurately.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced commercial construction project environment as part of a large crew led by a foreman. Safety is a top priority, with high expectations for all team members. The workday starts at 6am and concludes at 2pm, Monday through Friday. While PPE is provided, having your own hard hat and safety glasses is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windham, NH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
