Key Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventative care procedures in a gentle and thorough manner

Assess the periodontal health of ones patients and collaborate with the Doctors on recommended treatment.

Obtain dental radiographs, intraoral photos, and intraoral iTero scans to be used in diagnosis and patient education.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and overall dental health

Review patient medical histories and update clinical records

Work closely with our dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

Assist with sterilization of dental instruments, and be willing to be a team player with various intra-office tasks

Stay current with new techniques, technology, and best practices in dental hygiene
Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in MA

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent team player with a positive and professional attitude

Willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Hourly rate will be determined based on experience and skills.
This position is either for a 3 or 4 day workweek, providing you with an excellent work-life balance.
4-day week hours for this position are as follows: Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-4
The 3-day work-week would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
