Role Overview
The Project Manager oversees the recruitment and fieldwork for our online community product, ensuring high-quality data, a smooth participant experience, and on-time delivery. This role sits at the intersection of client service, operations, and data management, with a strong focus on digital platforms, online communities, and mixed-method qualitative initiatives. A recent project example for this role:

Key Responsibilities

Lead setup and rollout of proprietary insight communities and online qualitative projects, including platform configuration, screener design, sample/recruitment plans, and participant management.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; proactively track progress, flag risks, and drive issue resolution.

Manage recruitment and online survey data collection in compliance with data privacy standards. Perform rigorous quality checks, process participants to meet client goals, and prepare accurate reports.

Monitor recruitment metrics and coordinate with partners to adjust targeting and communication strategies to optimize performance and achieve desired representation.

Manage project spend against budgets and prepare final reconciliations for partners.

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing status updates, fieldwork insights, and consultative guidance on design, feasibility, and process improvements.

Contribute to best practices for online communities and qualitative operations, and support continuous improvement of tools, templates, and SOPs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

3+ years of project management experience for complex projects, preferably in market research (fieldwork, timelines, compliance, budget management) in a client-facing capacity.

Experience managing market research projects in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences is highly desirable but not required.

Strong data skills: advanced Excel and comfort working with exports from survey platforms and qualitative tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate operational and data details into clear, actionable updates for internal stakeholders and clients.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
