Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve residential and light commercial drain and sewer issues
- Perform drain cleaning, snaking, and hydro jetting services
- Inspect drain lines using camera equipment when necessary
- Identify blockages, leaks, and potential system issues
- Communicate findings and solutions clearly to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and local regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Drain Technician or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using drain cleaning and inspection equipment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
