Position Summary
We are seeking a Site Superintendent to lead high-end residential renovation and addition projects. This role combines field supervision with administrative coordination, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and budget goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and logistics
- Ensure code compliance and safety standards
- Support Project Managers with scheduling and reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Maintain an organized, safe jobsite
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential construction experience (renovations/additions preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and codes
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/specs
- Comfortable with construction management software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 employee position
- Annual pay: $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
