Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers the opportunity to work with children in early childhood and grades K-5, providing specialized support for students with moderate to severe behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working in school settings and a commitment to enhancing student outcomes through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
  • Work with students exhibiting moderate to severe behavioral challenges in early childhood and elementary grades (K-5)
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff to support educational goals
  • Maintain professional standards and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working in early childhood and K-5 educational settings
  • Ability to manage a moderate to severe caseload with individualized student needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with supervising BCBA and school staff

Location:Florence, MA This contract position is based within a school environment, allowing direct interaction with students and educational teams.
