We are a sushi bowl and poke fast-casual restaurant looking for a full time General Manager who is self-driven, motivational, and has a strong operational background.
We have multiple locations across the Greater Boston Area so serious inquiries apply.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities

Train, manage, and develop team members and team leaders

Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed

Ensure staff provides fast, friendly, and hospitable service

Creating and managing budgets (operational, employee labor, waste, fraud, etc.)

Developing and implementing growth strategies

Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering are done accordingly

Record keeping

Managing and tracking business financial health

Overseeing daily business operations and efficiency

Maintains product quality and standards

Cash Management

Customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction

Improve revenue and store efficiency
Qualifications

Food service and management background

Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to connect effectively with customers, staff, and upper management

Possess a positive attitude and principals which support our work culture

Able to be receive feedback from staff and managers

Strong proactiveness, self-regulation, and self-efficiency

Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant

Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and adapt to surrounding

Highly organized with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining standard
