Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a current MA RN license and strong telemetry reading skills.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a hospital Emergency Department setting
- Night shifts with primary hours of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with possible rare flexibility for earlier or later starts based on critical need
- Typical schedule is four 12-hour shifts per week
- Patient care involves emergency cases and requires telemetry monitoring
- EMR system is Epic, with prior experience preferred
- Provide emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- May be required to float within the hospital as needed
- Two professional references required, one from a Nurse Manager or higher
- Only candidates living at least 200 miles from the facility will be considered
- Scrub or dress code requirements will be provided by the facility

- Active, in-hand permanent MA RN license required
- Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Must be able to pass a pass/fail EKG test
- No prior disciplinary action on nursing license
