The Science Team at Russell Tobin is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Quality Technician”.
Position Summary:
As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, supporting product development, and maintaining production standards. Your work will involve hands-on testing, measurement, and process evaluation of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Support product quality, development, and production processes by performing standardized, specialized, or complex tests, measurements, and tasks on experimental or standard production.
Appraise raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure adherence to client's quality standards and procedures across all activities.
Train and mentor plant personnel in quality methods and measurement techniques.
Conduct daily audits of the manufacturing floor, quantify findings, and report results.
Operate precision test equipment and document results accurately.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1 year combined experience in quality and/or laboratory work in a private, public, government, or military environment

Location: Tilton, NH 03276
Contract Length: 12 Months
Pay range: $21- $23/hr. on W2
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
