Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in 24-bed HVIU/D200 Cardiac Stepdown/PCU unit
\n• Patient ratio of 1:4 for both day and night shifts
\n• Work every other weekend schedule
\n• Float to like units as needed
\n• Provide care for cardiac patients including post TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, and watchmen procedures
\n• Work with cardiac drips and monitor patients with telemetry
\n• Unit performs TAVR, ablations, watchmen, STEMI, pacemakers, and cardio mems procedures
\n• Use Allscripts documentation system
\n• Work with charge nurse, PCT, and monitor tech support
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Telemetry and cardiac PIR experience required
\n• Must have experience with cardiac procedures and cardiac monitoring equipment
