Manufacturing Technician (Production, Assembly & Inspection)
We are hiring multiple Manufacturing Technicians across several departments and shifts to support production, assembly, and quality inspection of precision components. Placement is based on experience and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following work instructions.
- Perform mechanical or cleanroom assembly using small tools, tweezers, and microscopes.
- Conduct inspections using gages, microscopes, and other precision measuring tools.
- Document work accurately and follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
- Report equipment or material issues and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, specs, and instructions.
- Basic math, computer skills, and mechanical aptitude required.
- Experience with precision measurement, machining, or cleanroom work a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Repetitive hand/arm movements; fine motor control required.
- Work may be performed in production or cleanroom environments.
