Northeast Center for Youth and Families is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator for our Outpatient Clinic in Easthampton, MA.

The intake coordinator will ensure a smooth and welcoming intake process for all clients, while adhering to confidentially standards and pest practices in healthcare. They will manage all aspects of the patient intake process, including leasing with medical professionals, managing records, and providing administrative support.

The schedule for this in-person position would be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in a human service related field
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare IT systems
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general and business periodicals, professional journals and reports, technical procedures and government regulations associated with the industry
• Knowledgeable about office programs (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases and the like)
• Ability to reason and solve practical problems, deal with a variety of concrete variables and interpret instructions furnished in various formats.
