Job Summary
North Country Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed
Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to join our behavioral health team. This full-time position is
responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families experiencing
substance use disorders, mental health challenges, or emotional distress.
The clinician will perform assessments, provide diagnosis, and deliver individual counseling services
using evidence-based treatment modalities. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you’ll help patients
navigate their path to wellness through compassionate support, education, and appropriate referrals.
Hybrid - Whitefield, Lancaster NH, and remote
