We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the clubhouse and common areas at our apartment community. This facility includes offices, classrooms, bathrooms, a small library, and shared gathering spaces. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday in the evenings, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet setting.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust classrooms, offices, and library
- Wipe down surfaces, tables, chairs, and high-touch areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of shared spaces
- Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to management
- Secure clubhouse upon completion of shift, if required
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching)
- Dependable transportation and punctuality required
