Johnson Service Group has an immediate opportunity for a Medical Device - Cleanroom for a global medical device client in Charlton, MA
Contract | Onsite | $20 per Hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely follow-up and resolution of product issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Disassemble endoscopes prior to decontamination and complete decontamination per documented practices.
- Conduct product evaluations, enter results into SAP, and document abnormalities in appropriate systems.
- Complete partial reassembly of endoscopes as needed following evaluation.
- Scan and upload scope documentation into SAP, maintaining accurate production records.
- Support calibration and maintenance processes to meet equipment and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide issue resolution through approved systems and processes.
- Assist in training programs and, as appropriate, facilitate training for peers.
- Ensure adherence to FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Notify appropriate personnel of any material performance issues impacting production.
- Properly complete and maintain all required documents and reports.
Skills/Experience
- 1+ years assembling miniature precision medical products or working with the evaluation of medical products preferred.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting product drawings.
- Basic proficiency in SAP data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under established quality and regulatory requirements.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
