Summary

Full-Time

Craftsbury Saplings, Community Children’s Center, is looking for a creative, caring, and collaborative early childhood educator to join our team! If you love spending time outdoors, believe in the magic of childhood, and want to be part of a mission-driven program rooted in Montessori, nature, and community values, we’d love to meet you.
Why Work With Us?At Craftsbury Saplings, we care deeply about children, about community, and about the world we’re shaping together. We’re a nonprofit, year-round early childhood center serving children ages 15 months to 5 years. Our program is grounded in joy, wonder, and deep respect for children’s social-emotional growth and connection to nature. Our program is growing, and we’re excited to welcome someone who wants to grow with us, with opportunities for leadership roles in the coming years.

  • Help keep our classrooms clean, organized, and ready for play and discovery.
  • Participate in paid training and professional development to support your growth as an educator.

  • You're open to learning, growing, and engaging with a strong, values-driven team.
  • You’re eager to complete a minimum of 40+ hours of paid professional development in your first year of employment (we’ll help you get there).
