We are a highly regarded Trusts & Estates firm looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our team. If you excel in client-facing roles, bring strong estate planning experience, and possess the leadership skills to manage support staff while meeting deadlines, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents with precision and ensuring accuracy.
  • Conducting client-facing meetings and overseeing signings, ensuring a 5-star experience each time.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of support staff, fostering efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
  • Assisting with probate matters, ensuring all filings and communications are completed promptly.
  • Filing deeds accurately and handling necessary tracking.
  • Performing notary duties, including witnessing and notarizing critical documents.
  • Preparing, printing, proofing, and finalizing all legal documents to maintain our standards of excellence.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent, exceptional service throughout their experience.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Paralegal, specifically in Trusts & Estates.
  • Proficiency with Wealth Counsel (required).
  • Notary certification (required).
  • Strong client-facing skills with clear and professional communication.
  • Proven experience in managing support staff and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with probate case management is a plus.
  • Superior organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent at G Suite
  • Experience in Clio or similar system
