We are a highly regarded Trusts & Estates firm looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our team. If you excel in client-facing roles, bring strong estate planning experience, and possess the leadership skills to manage support staff while meeting deadlines, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents with precision and ensuring accuracy.
- Conducting client-facing meetings and overseeing signings, ensuring a 5-star experience each time.
- Managing and mentoring a team of support staff, fostering efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
- Assisting with probate matters, ensuring all filings and communications are completed promptly.
- Filing deeds accurately and handling necessary tracking.
- Performing notary duties, including witnessing and notarizing critical documents.
- Preparing, printing, proofing, and finalizing all legal documents to maintain our standards of excellence.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent, exceptional service throughout their experience.
You’re Probably a Match If You Have
- At least 6 years of experience as a Paralegal, specifically in Trusts & Estates.
- Proficiency with Wealth Counsel (required).
- Notary certification (required).
- Strong client-facing skills with clear and professional communication.
- Proven experience in managing support staff and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with probate case management is a plus.
- Superior organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent at G Suite
- Experience in Clio or similar system
