Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care | Outpatient Clinic

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic team within a high-volume, mission-driven Primary Care outpatient clinic. In this role, you’ll support patients across the lifespan, ensuring continuity of care, health education, and chronic disease management within a collaborative care team.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver patient-centered care in a culturally inclusive, fast-paced primary care environment
  • Triage patients, administer medications and vaccines, and support diagnostic testing
  • Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive care
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and other care team members for seamless care delivery
  • Assist in managing same-day visits, care coordination, and clinical documentation

What You’ll Need

  • Active RN license in Massachusetts
  • 1+ year of RN experience in an outpatient, family medicine, or primary care setting preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus but not required
  • A passion for community-based healthcare and culturally responsive care
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
