Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Rotating shifts Sunday through Saturday
  • 36 to 40 hours per week
  • Typically 3 twelve-hour shifts or 2 twelve-hour shifts and 2 eight-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operating rooms for surgical procedures
  • Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain sterile field and adhere to safety protocols throughout procedures
  • Support patient care and comfort through effective communication and care delivery

Desired Qualifications or Experience:

  • Proficient in Operating Room Technology (ORT) with clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and flexible schedules
  • Relevant nursing license and certifications as required by state regulations
