Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Line Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the manufacturing of our fluid management products. The Manufacturing Operator will perform a variety of hands-on production activities while ensuring that safety, quality, and production goals are consistently achieved.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role (training provided).
- Basic arithmetic and measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use hand tools and operate production equipment, including tasks requiring repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling.
