Job Summary: The Clean Team Member plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients while working within a close-knit team to maintain the tidy spaces that clients love to come home to. The Clean Team Member cleans rental properties, clients' homes, as well as some office spaces and construction sites. Clean Team members can put themselves in clients’ shoes and learn to execute the details that make all the difference. This position requires being confident in troubleshooting and investigating by finding enough information to resolve issues. This position has night and weekend shifts available as needed. This position reports to the Clean Team Manager and may require oversight by the Clean Team Lead.

Primary Duties:

  • Identify and act on customers’ needs to achieve high satisfaction.

  • Clean, stock, and supply designated areas of homes and buildings (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, bathroom, kitchen cleaning, etc.)

  • Perform and report on routine inspection and maintenance of equipment.

  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.

  • Follow all health and safety regulations including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

  • Participate in other company activities as assigned.

  • Assists Team Leads in the completion of work orders - filling out arrival/departure times and job notes accurately on company Apps.

  • Acts as the eyes and ears for the Cleaning Services Manager while on the job, reporting back and helping to identify issues and solutions proactively.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills are necessary.

Education:

  • Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

  • No experience is required outside of some experience working with customers.


Licenses & Certificates:

  • Valid driver’s license required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
