Manufacturing Associate – No Experience Needed!
Looking for a fresh start in manufacturing? Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Associates in Devens, MA for a leading company in the industry. Whether you're new to manufacturing or looking for your next opportunity, we’ll provide all the training you need through our exclusive GATE Program!
Location: Devens, MA
Pay: $19.63 – $21.63/hour
Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts:
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
- Learn to inspect products for quality and remove any defects
- Keep your workspace organized and safe
- Follow basic instructions and work with a hands-on team
- Use simple tools and equipment (we’ll show you how!)
- Help track and label materials as part of the production process
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing, walking, or lifting during your shift
- Able to follow instructions and work with a team
- Can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs – but we’ve got team support to help when needed
- No experience? That’s perfectly fine – we’ll train you!
