Become a part of the Halcyon Center, a program that serves adults in Massachusetts with autism and developmental disabilities, offering on-going education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life. This position provides direct supervision of clients and staff in a group home setting. The Residential Assistant Manager works with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, Residential Director and more!


Education, Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services or related field, or similar combination of education and extensive experience. One year minimum of supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver's license and insured auto.
