An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with medical-surgical and telemetry experience to provide exceptional patient care in a stepdown intermediate setting. This contract position offers the chance to utilize your skills in a fast-paced medical environment, caring for patients who require close monitoring and advanced nursing support.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with Med-Surg and Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience
- Ability to function effectively in an intermediate care unit
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience working a day/night rotation
- Flexibility with every other week (EOW) scheduling

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients in the stepdown intermediate unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation according to facility standards
- Participate in rotations of day/night shifts on a scheduled basis (D/N rotation), every other week
