Working from 8:35 AM to 3:10 PM, this contract position runs through June 17, 2026, with a flexible and collaborative approach to classroom dynamics.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or in a child-related professional setting
- Comfortable and experienced working with special education (SPED) populations
- High school diploma required
- Reliable transportation necessary
- Ability to complete district fingerprinting and pass onboarding requirements
- Completed reference prior to assignment submission
- Must be adaptable to potential classroom rearrangements
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized behavioral support to students in a 1:1 setting
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement behavior plans and classroom strategies
- Assist with classroom organization and transitions as needed
- Maintain clear and professional communication with school staff and administration
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
