About Us
Peck Trial Attorneys is a 12-person personal injury law firm in downtown Boston. We represent plaintiffs injured due to the negligence of others, guiding them through complex legal processes with professionalism and compassion.
Position Summary
We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist with client intake. This in-person role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and wants to make a difference for clients during challenging times.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in English and Spanish
- Answer and route calls promptly
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Client Intake & Case Support
- Conduct client intakes for new personal injury cases
- Enter client information into CRM and case management systems
- Open new claims and prepare letters of representation
- Request medical records, evidence, and PIP applications
- Follow up with potential clients to improve conversion rates
Administrative Tasks
- Manage executive calendar and coordinate meetings
- Process and distribute mail, faxes, and correspondence
- Maintain organized digital and physical files in HubSpot
- Schedule depositions, mediations, and client appointments
- Coordinate with medical providers for appointment confirmations
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Associate degree or higher
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathetic, professional communication style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
- Legal or personal injury experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
- Understanding of legal processes
