Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and certified Remote Special Education Teacher to deliver virtual instruction, support, and case management to students with disabilities across New Hampshire. This role includes working closely with school teams, families, and support staff to help students achieve their academic, social-emotional, and behavioral goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Write and implement IEP goals aligned with state standards and student needs

Track student progress, collect data, and maintain documentation in accordance with New Hampshire Department of Education (NHDOE) and IDEA requirements

Attend and participate in remote IEP meetings, evaluations, and team conferences

Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and administrators

Support students in inclusive and specialized virtual settings using best practices in special education

Maintain pliance with NH special education rules and federal guidelines (IDEA, Section 504)
Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field

Valid New Hampshire Department of Education (NHDOE) Special Education Certification or eligibility to obtain

Familiarity with NH state special education law and procedures

Experience using digital teaching tools and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas)

Strong munication, time management, and collaboration skills

Prior experience in remote or hybrid learning environments preferred
