Salary Range:$4,500.00 To $ 5,200.00 per season

Working alongside the head coaches of both boys' and girls' swimming, coaching responsibilities include developing novice through advanced swimmers. The assistant coach will work in partnership with the other swimming coaches to lead workouts and support student-athletes on and off the pool deck. All coaches on staff also contribute to meet day operations.

During the winter indoor season, commitment is approximately 20 hours per week (Monday- Friday) starting December 3, 2026 through the end of February. There is no athletic programming from December 18 – January 4. Afternoon practices during season typically run from 3:15 – 5 p.m. or 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. as well as meets, typically on Wednesday afternoons or Saturdays, both home and away.

The strongest applicants will have the following qualifications:

  • Ability to positively motivate, inspire and be role model to high-school aged students.
  • At least 2 years’ experience coaching in swimming club, high school or college setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Swimming experience at high school, college or higher level.
  • Be adaptable and enjoy working alongside the current coaching staff
  • Ability and willingness to manage a Monday-Saturday practice/game schedule which includes travel to away opponents.
