Now hiring a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (3p-11p) at a long-term care facility.
- Lead and support the clinical team during weekend evening shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Require current RN or LPN license, with at least 2 years of nursing (geriatrics preferred) and long-term care experience.
- Supervisory experience is preferred; must possess strong leadership, decision-making, and knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
- Responsibilities include managing patient care plans, directing staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, and physical ability to perform essential tasks.
