Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This contract position supports a youth program located in Allenstown, NH, working with children ages 6 to 14. The role primarily involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques under the supervision of behavior specialists to assist in the development and behavior improvement of students.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct behavioral interventions and support to youth with diverse needs.
- Collecting accurate data and monitoring progress to inform treatment strategies.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including behavior specialists and educators.
- Maintaining a positive, structured learning environment to promote skill development.
- Participating in a required Saturday shift from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM in addition to three days per week onsite.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Familiarity with ABA principles and behavior modification strategies.
- Experience working as a behavior technician or in similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to remain patient, consistent, and supportive when working with children with behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and families.
- Flexibility to meet the scheduling requirements, including weekend availability.

- Work will be conducted at the youth program site located at 133 River Rd, Allenstown, NH 03275.
