• Conduct regular IT audits to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to promote the successful execution of technology projects.
• Advise on IT best practices and provide strategic input to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage client communications related to IT projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with expectations.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, project coordination, or related roles.
• Strong background in developing and executing IT strategies that support business objectives.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and implement enterprise-level IT solutions.
• Expertise in IT governance, data protection, and risk management practices.
• Experience with business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies.
