Role Specifics and Benefits: As a PCU RN, you’ll provide vigilant monitoring and thoughtful, evidence-based care for patients requiring intermediate levels of observation and advanced therapies. Key responsibilities include continuous telemetry oversight, timely recognition of clinical changes, meticulous medication administration, IV therapy management, rapid response collaboration, and patient and family education focused on safety, transitions, and wellness plans. You’ll contribute to care coordination across disciplines, participate in rounding, and help implement individualized care plans that optimize recovery trajectories.
